COVID-19 Plan

There couldn’t be a better time to do the crossing with the country all to ourselves at the moment.  When we look into our crystal ball we see weekends, stat days and school holidays as being our busy times.  This summer is impossible to plan for or predict but we are ready for a variety of situations.

• Level 3 and 4 will result in locking down our business.
• Level 2 will require masks to be worn and lower numbers on our buses.  We will do seat allocations to try to group people that know each other together.  During Level 2 we will operate the Ketetahi one way shuttle only as this is the minimal time together on the bus and no requirement for a bus in the afternoon.
• Level 1 – Business as usual.  QR codes will be available and masks encouraged.  Ketetahi one way shuttle will still be the advised service, however, we will open up return shuttles for bookings with minimum numbers required. 

We appreciate your patience and flexibility during this time.  Your safety is at our forefront as well as being efficient with our services. 

Please forward book online so that we can get a gauge on what services are in demand.  All tickets will be fully refundable or transferrable due to cancelations because of Covid 19, the weather or low visitor numbers throughout this summer season so you can book with confidence.
